    In the "Start-up" video, I noticed on the valve cover that there is a PCV port which is open. From what I can see in that video, there is a vacuum hose from the valve cover to the intake.

    Therefore, that open port is sucking in unmetered air and is a vacuum leak.

    Unless you guys left that port open during assembly, and it is now routed, then disregard.
