I am looking to add satellite radio to my aftermarket stereo but would like to use the factory antenna rather than running the Sirius antenna through the truck.
Does anyone know if there is a wire off the factory antenna that could be cut, and then spliced to the Sirius antenna plug somewhere under the dash? Preferably right in the wiring harness where the deck attaches?

My audio installer could not get one to connect into the factory one. Put my XM antenna in the middle of my dash near the window. Works fine. If this helps.
