I guess this thing is due for an update..So here's a MASSIVE (sort of) update; somewhat in order:

Back in June, I hit up a local meet up with some dudes in the area. It was a hot day but got some sweet pictures of Caitlyn:

    IMG_7070.jpg IMG_7071.jpg IMG_7073.jpg IMG_7074.jpg IMG_7075.jpg IMG_7076.jpg

Shortly after that I got this guy delivered :D

    IMG_7082.jpg

Got my camera setup finalized for wide angle photos and videos and had to do some testing of the new equipment:

    FullSizeRender.jpg

    IMG_7107.jpg

Around the end of June, I also took my CC (concealed carry) course. What a long two days, I am glad that's over and done with. Got home at the end of the class that Sunday and submitted my paperwork for my CCL. Currently at about the half way point for getting my license in the mail. Cannot wait!!

There were some major house projects coming up that we had to prepare for and I had been looking at a few tools that I wanted to pick up and came across a few for a set of 5 DeWalt power tools at home depot one night while there with the wife:

    IMG_7134.jpg

Finally gave in and purchased some quality car care products for Cailtyn and the ole Jizz Machine:

    IMG_7158.jpg

    Le Jizz Machine:

    IMG_7161.jpg

    IMG_7160.jpg

Installed a pelfreybilt bumper with fogs and a LED bar on a buddy's Taco

    IMG_7182.jpg

Somewhere around that time, I purchased a G17 and had to go practice:

    IMG_7189.jpg

Picked up some swag from Pelfreybilt:

    IMG_7192.jpg

Also around that time our 65" RCA TV took a shit and we got it replaced with a 65" Samsung smart TV from Costco.

Next the wife and I started on the biggest project to the house to date; a huge deck!

    IMG_7261.jpg

It has since been completed from when this was taken, but we also pit a fresh coat of paint on the back of the house. Came out great! Really loving the addition and the dog does too:

    IMG_7273.jpg

    Back to the truck

My lifetime LED headlight bulbs took a shit on me and are currently at lifetime getting looked over. Had some new ones sent out from a local 4x4 shop as spares for now until they decide what they are going to do with the old ones:

    IMG_7267.jpg

My front 20" LED bar took a shit too and some of my rock lights. I want to try and see if I can get the LED bar to work, but the Amazon seller and even the Amazon transaction when I bought the LED bar just disappeared. It's gone. So no replacement options just have to buy another one if I can't get this one to work. The undead offroad rock lights on there now have been replaced with LUX brand rock lights and I hope they can go in this weekend. Shockingly, it was the rock lights that I have on all 4 corners of the truck. The belly rock lights are fine and working great :notsure:

Laatly, and my latest "addiction"; my patch game has been super strong lately:

Beer savage and YAAAS patch GB I did:

    IMG_7064.jpg

    'Nuff said:

    IMG_7092.jpg

    Glow in the dark goodness:

    FullSizeRender.jpg

Amazing patch from @SMKYTXN that was sold out in 3 minutes:

    IMG_7221.jpg

    Random goodness:

    IMG_7251.jpg

My back to the future ZFD set. Have to start a patch wall for these. They will NOT be going in Caitlyn:

    IMG_7283.jpg

More random patch goodness (will be put up in Caitlyn) :

    Snapseed.jpg

Have to go through the patches on the headliner now and take out what I really don't want or don't like as much anymore and out them on my patch wall I will be making.

I think that is everything that has been going on. Right now, going to slow down with the money (he says now  ) especially since some things caught us off guard like the TV taking a shit on us and the former TV support was not responsive..Still have not heard back from them as of today and it's been about a month since it went out.

Next major purchase for the truck is HOPEFULLY (fingers and toes crossed) the rear HC Pelfreybilt bumper from @ChandlerDOOM :stoked:

I also have a wheelin' trip planned at the end of the month. With how busy things have been with work, house stuff, family etc, it will be nice to get to get away with some good friends and make some good memories. It has been far too long..

    Smaller update:

Got some aesthetic mods done that I have been putting off for a while and I regert not doing them sooner!!

Added some more lighting in the bed..It's REALLY bright now!

    B096A8BD-EFB0-4777-8152-F0EBC6B8400F.jpg

Next up were some new tails, finally. Only chrome ones were cracked EVERYWHERE; Mounting tabs, lenses etc

Next up, the local 4x4 shop offers splicing now. I have not had any success with any local boat shops or marinas. And I didn't want to ship it back and forth from southeast overland and back. Finally removed the old winch "hook" (?) And replaced it with the Factor 55 spool:

There's also an issue with the winch. Apparently there was a mixup with the synthetic line and how it should have been mounted. I found the piece and ordered it. I will have to respool the winch but I'm glad I found this out now than when I really need the winch...

    Missing part:

Lastly, installed my wannabe bushwhackers. I love the look!!

    *NEW PRODUCT ANNOUNCEMENT!!*

I'm happy to show you a new product from @dmg_overland (IG username as I don't believe he's on TW and his buddy Mike). This is a mounting bracket for mounting your ARB awning off the rear of the Prinsu roof rack!

I plan to have it mounted for a trip next week and do a full install/setup/review and post it here! More to come!!

I love them! I love the look too! The fitment on the front was pretty mint. I had to drill 1 hole on both sides, but I already had to do that for the snorkel so I just sent it haha.

The fronts I had to trim a good chunk, and I might have to trim some more, but I will know after next weekend haha

The pricing for these was too good to pass up, you're right about that.

I like them definitely. The fronts fit perfect minus 1 hole that doesn't line up. I bolted the fronts to the fender completely and I hacked them up so, fingers crossed, they don't rub.

The rears were nice and went smooth. Two holes at the bottom in front of the tire and behind the tire lined up with the fender so I was able to bolt them through. Once I go HC in the rear, I'll drill holes. For now, I hope they hold up during the rear suspension's full cycle.

Shhhhhhhhhh..you're selling your Tacoma. We're not talking

 The kit linked included all 6 pieces, hardware and the rubber edge trim

Bolts in the kit are useless and for show. I bought these bolts (50 if you are completely bolting all the flares. 25 if you do just the fronts and the bottom most holes on the rears) :

    https://www.accu.co.uk/en/torx-button-screws/158903-SHB-M8-50-A2-BL

They are a bit long but they are black and stainless  I went to home Depot and got stainless washers, lock washers and nuts for a more functional solution.
