    I don't mind doing some wiring but the plug and play would be awesome! But.....I am very impatient and want to do this immediately because I am tired of hitting my ECT button every time, haha. Mesojdm, when do you think this mod will be finished?

    I'm working on it!!
    Actually finished up writing the code today for the arduino. Little outside my skillz, so had my techy brother help me.
    Programmed to auto turn on the ECT every time truck starts. Button still Works like stock; press for ON/OFF.
    Hold button for 3 seconds, ECT mode turns off and deactivates the mod forever. Hold again for 3 sec. and mod is always on again.
    Minor PNP issue... there will be 1 wire that will need to be connected elsewhere. It will be a single +12v to tap to any accessory power wire. I suggest the CIG outlet which is directly next to ECT and easily accessible. I'll include all the taps to do it.
    I am making a limited run of these should have them available this weekend.:bananadance:

    Prob around ~$40 for the whole kit.
    Few bucks more than the DIY components listened in the first post. but this will be 99% plug and play with a mini computer specifically Taylored for the Tacoma ECT bypass.

    I guess my next question is mesojdm is how many of these bad boys are you whipping up? Am I going to be able to get in on one of them or should I proceed with wiring one up the original way discussed.
