So thanks to another member here I found knock off graphics of the TRD Pro Decal that came with my Pro and now I'm trying to do a fade into my Snugtop cap that doesn't look over done.

I purchased the whole decal kit and came up with 4 configurations. Looking for some opinions. The current set up without any graphics just looks incomplete to me.

    #4
    IMG_3629.jpg

I'll still probably use some of the smaller geometric shapes to help fade the image but looking for a base configuration to start with. Thanks!

I kinda dig the last and 2nd one.

I like #3. What's throwing me off is that the decal doesn't go over the shell window. Looks good though. Go with your gut, it is never wrong.

Thanks, with regard to the shell the current bed graphic doesn't wrap around to the tail lights so I don't have to wrap a solid black decal around to the shell glass up top. That's the area where I plan to stop the solid line and throw a few of the small shapes to create a fade. ....maybe to the shell window, but not sure I have to go that far.

Thanks for the feedback. It seems most of my friends up here in Seattle think it's between the 2 and 3 as well.

At least the decal is pretty cheap if I end up not liking it.

I’ve got one on mine and I like it. It lets me keep stuff out of the elements but at times can be a pain in the ass to get to the stuff in the front but overall I’m satisfied with it.

Yes you are correct. You lose the ability to fold open your tonneau cover, but still retain the dry storage and security from it. You have to climb in to get anything from the front. I just didn't want stuff in the bed open to anyone while I'm away from the truck.

Come one man, don't be a jerk. This is a place where everyone can post and ask questions without being ridiculed. I, for one, had not seen this and am excited about it.

I'm doing the same thing - have you figured out a mod to get the seals to seal better with the KBVoodoo brackets installed? I've been contemplating either cutting the seal where the brackets are or installing an additional seal in the areas around it...

I brought the truck in August 10 for 15k service and the recall, they ordered the parts then and sent me and my truck home. They called Monday to say the parts were in, so a little over a month wait but I kept my truck

He's actually the person that makes and sells the item. Plus his sarcasm skills are next level. There was no ill will involved. It's only a coin holder. The instructions probably read put the square thing in the square hole, fill with your favorite type of loose change, enjoy.

If you knew the backstory, you'd know I'm not being a jerk at all. I include "directions" inside all my coin holders.

Always my role of thumb. Don't like it, take it off and replace it. That's why it's nice to know people that make these items for us that want to increase their price a little to make money but they don't have to take the prices through the sky like all these corporations do just to see how much profit they can keep making. Sometimes it's not always about how much you can make a profit but how you can help others with a great product while also supplementing yourself during the process to make it at least worth your time. Thanks to @rrentrop, @CBoy808, @amirak, and others I am missing. We appreciate doing business with you!
