Transmision rattle? Loose bolts?

Got an 08 tacoma 5 speed manual. Wondering if someone can help me out with this thanks. Just this week ibe noticed my transmission or something under the cab makes a rattling noise when i start braking under 10 mph in neutral. I havent had the chance to check under there but if anbody has experienced this i would like to see what i can do or what to look for. Thanks
