I was looking at my coilovers today and I noticed this one didn't look right. Both misalignments are installed, it just looks pushed all the way back and the shaft is almost rubbing the mount. I feel like it's probably supposed to move in there a bit but I don't know enough about LT to be sure. The kit hasn't even hit 100 miles on it and very minimal off-roading.

Are you saying grab it by the coil and twist the assembly, or take the lower mount off and rotate the misalignment spacers?

Agreed. Rotate the shock. Should be able to do it with a firm grasp, no tools needed

I assumed there was supposed to be room for it to wiggle in the mount, but I didn't know if I should grab ahold of it and start twisting it or it. Thanks for the help!

Should I notch the coil bucket to make room for the reservoir fitting? It looks really close to the top.

itll go back in time, just movement of the bearing. Its normal and my TC lowers were a lot tighter at the coilover mount than the others.
