Update: Washed the rig and decided to keep the same size same tire, upped the load range from C1 to E1.

Picked up a solar starter kit that I'm looking forward to installing next month.

Get married in two weeks! Yew!

Thanks! They charge the deep cycle battery in the camper, that battery also gets charged from the truck's battery while I drive. There's a separator, so that battery doesn't pull from the truck while not in use, so we can't strand ourselves.

Installed my firestone ride rites with daystar cradles! Got the rake back, truck now rides incredible. It handles as one now, as opposed to having a heavy camper in the back swaying and directing the lean of the rig. 50lbs on driver side, 30lbs on passenger. Will play around with pressures to dial it in, but moving in full time to it in a few days! Will be on the road for about a year. Haha @m3bassman headed north out of LA stopping on the way to BC- down through Montana, ID, UT, CO for Thanksgiving. Down through Texas for Christmas, staying south during the winter- going up east coast to Montreal. Traveling with winter basically- staying north as long as weather permits, then once winter is ending- heading up north on the east coast. Would love to meet up for a camp session with anyone and everyone along the way! Where are you at these days Ben?

Thank you! I'd rather not say man, but what I can say, is research & vigilance pays off. We searched for 8 months every day on all sorts of forums to find the perfect FWC. We ended up finding ours on rvtrader.com of all places! Got it from a retired "birder" couple who used it about 7x. Used is the way to go on these- because brand new prices are mid 20k...

Thanks man! I always forget about posting here- one of these days I'll upload a bunch of recent pics. Been on the road since July with my wife and dogs, were up on Vancouver Island now exploring. Hit a screw and patched the tire with my ARB kit- stoked I had it! We were days away from a tire shop and only wifi as service in coffee shops whenever we stop in.

We just got a Mr. Heater Big Buddy, works great! But that was after Colorado, we got it in Taos, NM. Now we just got into Austin, TX area. Glad we're not in the northeast right now, I'll tell you that!

We don't trust it either, super sketchy with the gas. We only put it on for 30mins before bed & again once we wake up to defrost the interior of the camper so we can wipe down the condensation once it's unfrozen.

We zipped together our 0deg bags for a mega bag & our Chihuahua sleeps in there as our heater overnight. Up in the CO Rockies at 10k+ in elevation was rough during Nov & Dec. We are good in our bag, but so tough to volunteer to get out of it in the am haha.
