Also tried to zero my Kel Tec sub2k at 100 yards today.. didn't go so well. We would get it close enough to get on paper with a round or 5 and then get a flier that was off anywhere from 2 to 5 feet.

Bevel on the end of the barrel had some burrs and uneven spots, no way it's going to shoot right so hopefully Kel Tec has a good warranty

We'll that's good to hear. I hope they replace the barrel for me and possibly put a new front sight on. I removed the original one because it was on crooked from the factory lol.

I had wanted to put a red lion forend in it and then an optic so it could still good but that's a lot of $ to put into it.

We had 86 acres in south/central Ms a few years ago near where my grandparents lived, one afternoon my grandpa decided to go scout before deer season so he heads over and runs across 3 trucks stuck on the trail in, all college kids with 2-3 per truck, supposedly it had only been one truck originally and he had called buddies to pull him out when he got stuck, anyway my grandpa held them all at gunpoint with an old smith and Wesson .38 until deputies and state police showed up and after that we didn't have any issues with trespassers

According to the deputy the state trooper showed up because while my grandma was on the phone with dispatch getting the SO out there one of the kids dialed 911 and told the dispatcher they had been caught trespassing and there was a crazy old man holding them at gunpoint so dispatch sent the second unit.

Played with my just right carbine takedown model today for the first time. Zeroed in my Bushnell trs25. Takes Glock 9 mm mags. What a fun little pinker. Accurate as all get up. Couldn't be more happy. Just right carbine does not get much attention, but I wanted a takedown 9mm carbine that used Glock mags.
I have been on a 9mm carbine kick. The cx4 storm is my favorite, lone wolf is second, but this thing can break down, live in the taco, is as handy as any, gentle shooter and just cool that it breaks down in seconds. Cheers.

They always have really interesting ideas and designs. If only they’d have better manufacturing and QC.

Nothing too exciting... maybe a little rust
They used to make a .22WMR 10/22 but they discontinued it years ago because they couldn't get the design to function reliably with the round, same with the .17HMR. If I remember correctly it has to do with some issues with the bolt design and the bolt opening too early.

Unless you're old school. My first was a single-shot Mossberg bolt action .22 from very very long ago. That gun has taught a LOT of people in my family how to shoot.

Not sure. I’ve shot one at a demo event and it ran well but it wouldn’t make sense to bring a lemon to an industry event.

It's got a cop motor, a 440-cubic-inch plant. It's got cop tires, cop suspension, cop shocks. It's a model made before catalytic converters so it'll run good on regular gas.
no, but is your name like the blade steel?
