I was up there last year in 2016.
We were going to run some areas in RimRock and it was all closed until 1 week before we got there.
We ended up hitting that hill and there was some dude riding a ballooned tired mt bike - way off the beaten track.

There's free camping under the I-5 overpass in downtown Seattle, they'll even serve you dinner. I don't know if I'd recommend it though...

You should luck out on the weather, it's supposed to be in the 60/70's next week.

    Check out Seattle Bouldering Project.

Went to Jones Creek ORV area down by Vancouver. Fun trails, but VERY tight. No LT's would get through the gate keepers. Had to make a lot of 3-5 point turns. Couple of fun lil rock gardens of the sides of the trails. Def need lift and slders and skids, but don't need lockers if use a lil brake to engage antilock. ( unless u r a swb jeep)
Gorgeous views. Did 3 trails, and there are a lot more. Lots of orv and moto trails.
Used motiionX maps in satellite view. Worked awesome!

John had to winch his Jeep thru the exit gate on 1 trail. Got rear stuck on a big rock. Hahahahaah!

Nurse goddess, shooting Glock and Olympic arms 9mm AR with bump stock. Once you get the hang of it, bump stock is very efficient ammo unloader!
Blows thu 50 rds in about 1.5 seconds.

I'll be probably getting 20-30k over the price listed too... I already have 4 offers, expecting 5 more this week... reviewing them on Thursday. We shall see how it goes.

I am honestly hoping the market crashes completely in the next year. Only because I want to buy a house in NorCal for dirt cheap when I get back from Turkey

From all the people we've talked too it seems in the next two years it should dive again. Just waiting to see what happens, we have a meeting next week about building a new house instead of buying since nothing is coming up and we've lost 2 places already.

Where are you at? With Amazon shopping for a new HQ home, I imagine the market is going to cool off quite a bit here in the short term.
