255/85R16s with wheel spacers?

Hi guys!
As some of you know, I am in the process of modding my truck for competition in the Baja. I am looking into getting a set of wheels that will clear a dual shock setup that I will eventually be installing. I am wondering, does anybody have any experience running a setup like these:

Setup 1: 16x7 aftermarket wheel, -19MM or higher offset, 255/85R16 tires
Setup 2: 16x7.5 stock wheel, 1.25" wheel spacers, 255/85R16

Did you all have significant rubbing? Did you have to trim anything? I am at 2.5" of lift currently and would like to stay there if possible but I will see.

Yeah I am in on that thread too, just putting feelers out in a few places and hoping more people see it that way. Ill be able to try it out and tell you guys if it fits or not by the end of next week but I was just trying to get some advice on what I am going to have to trim if anything to get everything to fit and be functional still

 

I have 1.5 inch wheel spacers with stock steel wheels 255 85 16s with a low range 3inch front and 1 inch rear lift they offer tires fit very well, no rubbing on road or off road yet I was on a pretty rough rock trail the other day and never rubbed
