RockAuto prices are killing Advance's prices.

Looking at the oem Power Stop kit. Like a sore peter, hard to beat $120 shipped fro pads, rotors, and hardware.

May do my brake pads this weekend. Just changing pads. Rotors look like new. I bought a new dial indicator and magnetic mandrel when I did the ring(s) & pinion(s). Played around with it a few days ago. Almost zero run out on both rotors. Better than oem spec. So they stay. Pads looked a little glazed. Not quite the stopping "feel" they had new. Probably feel about 80%.... So new pads. EBC "yellow".

Grill should be on the front porch when I get home. Then we quit tinkering until AFTER Harlan.

2 "possibles" on the 14th. "Ohio Valley Toyota Club" run at Dirty Turtle. So far, only 2 commits. Midwest Overlanders run @ Badlands...."Newbie orientation ride". They would like a few trucks/drivers there with winches as recovery crew for stocker/newbies. I may go to that.

Week AFTER Harlan (4th) Midwest Overlanders dinner "meet/greet/eat" at Bloomington Indiana. Mexican food this year. I love food. Probably going to that unless something incredible comes along. (Considering AOP)

Just added another one. Nov 11th, Midwest Overlanders going to Redbird (Indiana)

Schedule looks busy. This weekend is still open.

I'm not doing any more costed mods for quite a while. Next thing that costs money that I know 100% I'm getting is an IFS skid. That's it for a while.

I need to start being more budget conscious and make sammiches for lunch instead of eating fast food. And cook my dinner at home.

ie "Adulting". The day I closed on my first house, I swore off beer drinking.

A week later I had a "kegger" in the back yard.

I've almost hurt myself already. Financially. I should've been watching things better.

I won't starve, or go broke. But might have to push back closing a bit. Meeting with lender after work to discuss options and things.

My end goal, no matter what, is to make this work damn it! I will have a house of my own and I will have this truck!
It will just take me forever to build it out how I want. House and truck.

I really have no formal training/certs and whatnot. All school of hardknocks and old fucks saying "get the job done or you're fired!"

    Never got fired though
