Item is new never used but does have some scratches from sitting in my shed. Measures 30.83 x 22.83 x 15.75, volume 41.2 gallons, 16.28 pounds. Has a rubber seal to keep out moisture. I paid $140 for it new. SOLD TO KALIEAIRE
