So while we’re waiting on BAMF to finish up the beefed up hanger design.. archive garage came out with one, should be available soon. For those interested.

I personally have had a shittybilt winch crap out on me on the trail. No bueno. Since then I no longer run any of their stuff. Yea its cheap, but when you need it most, you want to make sure it works without any problems.

    I appreciate the objective comment.

Im not in a rush either way, I was more or less seeing if anyone had experience with it. They both state 6061-T6. Thanks for the information about the events and prototyped colors.

In case you guys have a Ram and have a catalyst converter recall. Make sure you get a "special tag" from the dealer. At the DMV waisted an hour and a half to get my tags to not get my tags. By the way fuck San Leandro Dodge! Like the 5th problem I've had with them.

    ...too much shit to list.

One other thing to keep in mind. 16000 lbs is the max rating. But the actual breaking force is 29,000 lbs. Might want to research what the smitty one is (if they even advertise it).

Man, the smoke is so bad in the bay, couldn't even see the bay bridge from the toll plaza today. Can't even imagine what it's like up in the North

If you've got recovery problems, then I'm proud of you son

I've got 55 problems and smittybilt ain't one

I lied. I plan to put a factor 55 on the front of my shittybilt winch. At least the tip will work right.
