torch the threaded side for 15-20 seconds. You'll be surprised how easily it'll come out after a little heat

They're able to generate more torque w/o stripping based on the design - more like impact sockets.

Heat plus impact. Or use one of these with a hammer

Sounds like you need to put a piece of pipe on that allen for more leverage. Or just use a 1/2" impact if you have that available to you.

I see the silver Allen head is bigger on the outside. Do you have the Torx bit for the rusty inside bit? I'd try the Torx and an impact driver

Works great. Best part is the stress relief it provides. You get to beat the shit out of the seized hardware WHILE breaking is loose. :cookiemonster:

I got this kit http://giantmotorsports.com/index.php/product/tacoma-2005-2014-64-long-travel-leaf-spring-kit/ . I can feel the whole cab vibrate like crazy during low miles just driving around. I was recommended to go to J E Reel at Pomona, maybe he can do something about it.

At droop I have 6 degrees of angle, compression 0 degrees of angle and it was set at 4 degrees at ride height. He's telling me the diff moves alot and is bound to bind the carrier bearing.
