Hello, I'm new here and I joined up because I though you all might be the only ones capable and willing to help...I have a first gen 1999 Tacoma with a 2.7 L 4 cylinder pre runner 2 wheel drive automatic. My radiator blew..end caps cracked and won't hold water at all. I've been looking for a replacement however I've looked at 5 different radiators and the specs on them say "18 11/16 x 25 1/2" which is what I need...but when I try to install it was to big...I measured and it was actually 26 1/4 wide...every single radiator I've looked at has the same issue even thought the specs say it's the right size...has anyone had this issue or have a solution...please help and it's greatly appreciated

Where did you buy it? So did the bolt holes line up with the core support holes on your truck?

There are a few sizes for our trucks. I think autoanything.com had size options with dimensions listed. Maybe give them a look.

I called my local dealershipto find out my dimensions. I gave them my VIN and they verified the size

The radiator I bought first was from advanced..but I got the dimensions from the old one...but the new was wouldn't even fit into the engine bay...it was hitting the frame and wouldn't go into place
