    First two days in my toyota and dumped the coffee cup twice filling the shifter boot area and pouring all over the carpet while stopping at stop signs.what do you guys use?ive read i can get a centre console from a 2000/2004 but don't really want to go that route..Maybe i need a square coffee cup.lol..thanks...

    Best advice . . . don't drink and drive :p


    Seriously, this is an issue with any type of cup-holder. If you HAVE to drink hot coffee while driving, use a cup with a tight-fitting lid and a straw, like a Starbucks-to-go.

    I use a lighter foot on the brake pedal, and I use it sooner.

    You can get a Contigo Autoseal travel cup. Best one I have seen. $15ish on Amazon.

    Bone Stock.
    Try putting your coffee in a Chinese take out box. They fit much better.
