Came across a 02 Pre runner double cab 2wd with 135K miles. One owner, recent trade at Toyota dealership. Has leather interior in very good shape overall. Passenger seat is worn, driver seat has couple of small tears. No cracks on door panels or dash. V6, TRD package. Stock truck, no mods.

Exterior has a few small dings and scratches. Accident free according to carfax.

In 4/16 at 127k miles, following work performed. Maintenance inspection, ABS fluid change, air filter replaced, alignment, coolant replaced, brake fluid replaced, brakes serviced, cooling system serviced, differential serviced, heater hose replaced, induction system serviced, power steering fluid replaced, radiator hose clamp replaced, rear shocks absorbers replaced, struts replaced, tune up, valve cover gaskets replaced, water pump replaced. Dealership put 2 new tires on back , Toyo open country. Toyo open country on front too, about 30% tread remaining.

Louisiana vehicle, so not too concerned with frame rust. From what I could tell, didn't see lots of rust on frame.

I know timing belt should have been replaced by now. Since they replaced water pump, not sure if they changed timing belt at same time. Should have since it is exposed for the water pump replacement.

Test drove it, did not hear any rattles, etc. Engine performed well, no hesitation, etc.

So, with all of that said, they are asking 10,700. Which is way over priced in my opinion.

Average trade on this vehicle is about 7K. Dealership probably gave them 5K.

Other things to look out for? Opinion on price?

Thanks in advance. This would be first Toyota and will be for my son.
