LED third brake light

Want to swap out the third brake light assebley for a LED one. Wanted to get the Spyder RED third brake light assembly, because I am going to be getting the Spyder LED tail lights, one day and wanted them to match. But, the third brake light is not around, anymore. Anybody have or know of/recommend other LED third brake light asseblies?

 

Why not just swap the incandescent bulbs in the 3rd with LED bulbs? No need to swap the assembly.

 

I bought a darkened 3rd brake light lense from klearz.com. He makes the lenses in clear, mild tint, and dark tint. Then I bought 3 led bulbs from Superbrightleds.com. I'll have to get some pics.

 

You wouldn't happen to have a picture of that lense would you? I'm intrigued by the idea of a custom lens that is smoked.. i never liked smoking a factory lense with nightshade or similar, or the style of aftermarket housings..

@mesojdm and I talked a little about 1st gen LED third brake light a little. He makes some killer third and second gen stuff. He might be able to hook you up. Heck maybe a group buy if he has time and is willing to do it.
