When turning right, the tires are contacting the UCA and the back wheel well.

 

Stock wheels?

 

I have after market wheels that are 8X16 with 4.5 inch backspace and Zero offset.

 

Can you take some pics of contact and such

 

I will take some pics after I get off work and post them tonight.

 

When I had the stock UCA, I had some rubbing and trimmed some of the plastic off the bottom of the front wheel well and removed the front mudguards.

 

It looks like I am rubbing on the metal part of the lower back wheel well on the passenger side tire. The passenger side UCA is in contact with the tire when turning right as well but not sure if the rubbing sound is from the UCA as well but definitely from the pic.

 

Looks like a Cab Mount Chop is in order. Post up your Alignment specs as well

I will post the alignment specs tonight. Is it a problem with contacting the UCA when turning and will it affect my alignment? My tires are about 2-3 inches from the UCA when they are pointed straight ahead. I am mostly using this truck on pavement with minimal offroading.

 

Would you recommend the 0.25 inch JBA spacers first then cab mount chop later or cab mount chop first then spacers later?

 

I got the JBA 0.25 inch spacers on order. Will look into maybe longer wheel studs if needed. Might also try the Bora hub centering 0.75 inch spacers too just for kicks.

After I put 887s with 5100 and an AAL in the rear it seems to drive fine, maybe a slight vibration when decelerating. What am I missing out on without these control arms?
