I was on the trail that weekend and saw you camped down there. Good looking truck! I was in a Jeep driving by in one of those groups.

You didn't do the whole trail?

Nothing crazy but I took Aiken Mine Rd. today as a fun detour on my way to Vegas. I'm new to off-roading and this truck makes it a breeze. Can't wait for some sliders and skids so I can take some tougher routes.

Was more dirt roading than off roading I'd say but went for a ride down rampart range road with the girlfriend. Felt like I had to at least get the taco on some dirt in the first week I had it

    Like, so many.
I'm not confident driving in mud. I need to do something like this to learn what I can do in the truck.

    Not much stock left.
Those last two pics make the truck look like the Cement color. Gives an idea how the OR Cement is going to look.

    But,

Where is your truck in the picture??

Lol: Silly attempt at a Quicksand joke...:hattip::D;)

In all seriousness quicksand was in my top 3 color choices but since my buddy from work has one I thought it disrespectful to roll into the work lot sportin the same. So I went for the opposite of the spectrum and got an Inferno which I now love

I knew I couldn't live without the color. I rarely come across them in my build, but I've seen more in Vegas the last few days than since they've come out at home in SoCal.

Also, update. Went off-roading at Nellis Sand Dunes out here in Vegas. Endless trails to practice on. It's been a blast. And pic because a post is no good without one.

Taco had a hell of a day mountain climbing in south Louisiana. Here she is, all geared up and ready for the journey. Got the best RTT money can buy, just in case I get snow'd in on top the mountain. Got me some brand new 37's, 12.75" lift, King super traveling shockers, all titanium armors. Also I dropped one of them Bugatti motors in it (fastest Tacoma in the world).
Yeah, I got at least $190k tied up in this bad bitch. She's pretty much better than everyone else's stupid Tacoma.

    IMG_4138.jpg

She was begging for mercy. Begging I tell you!
I lie. Did you read the beginning? This is the baddest ass Taco ever built. (Better than yours) (Yours is stupid) That damn ole A-Tractor button and the backside lockermajiggy worked like a charm. I mean, my Taco is such a bad ass I didn't need to use them, but I just wanted to make sure they worked properly (not that anything doesn't work properly on my Taco).

    IMG_4143.jpg

Here's where the air started getting thin. We're really getting up there in elevation now. But we're only 1/2 way. It's a damn good thing my super TRD Off Road™ came with an on-board oxygen tank. That's bad ass. I bet your stupid Taco doesn't have one of them.

    IMG_4155.jpg

Here, I was at least 90° Sideways. Just look at it! Luckily, I'm being sponsored by that KBro2 tire company. Only cost a grand to get sponsored (PM me for details if you want to get in on this). Yeah, anyway, they got me trying out them experimental high gravity tars. You see this shit here? I surely woulda turnt over with any other tar. Bad ass, right? Pfft. Why am I even asking. Of course that's bad ass.

    IMG_4150.jpg

I finally made it to the summit! (Not that I'm surprised) What a glorious moment. Nobody else has ever made it to the summit here, I shit you not, but I did. I called that Genius world book record place and they weren't interested. Fuck em. Their loss, am I right? Absofuckinlutely.
Also, the views at sea level are amazing. Also, nobody got dead.
High five! No, eww, don't touch me.

    IMG_4153.jpg

Time for another beer. My Taco has a custom beer dispenser. And the beer it dispenses is better than your beer.

I go to Ocala a couple of times a year to visit family. I really need to take the Tacoma there next time I go. Looks like y'all have better off roading options than we do.
