I bought a bowflex m5 when I moved. They are a bit expensive, but work pretty nice. 10-15 min and I feel like my legs are going to fall off. Yes, that sounds dirty.

 

yea I dont want to do any sort of upper body workout (broken neck and all) and since I dont enjoy being in searing pain all day, I just want to lose a little bit of weight. (like 25-30 fucking lbs) haha

I dont want to be "buff".... just "not fat" haha

 

its mostly a leg workout. it has the arm things, but they dont do much for me. it feels like a beefed up stair climber to me with a hint of elliptical.

 

ahh makes sense... I just want to find something cheaper than Golds Gym @ $50 a month lol
