Don't need a dovetail saw myself, but all the pieces I have were worth every dime. Making a wooden box to hold my medium sized shoulder plane just today.

Yeah. It's a great tool. I have a full set of veritas saws. That's the only reason I'm getting rid of this one. It doesn't match my collection.

 

Lie-Nielsen is really good stuff folks.

Pictured in the box i am working on today is my shoulder plane. I would not spend a sat afternoon building a box if the tool wasnt worth it.

In front of that is my half inch chisel, also LN, with a leather scabbard not from the factory so i can carry it in my pocket, with both the regular and paring handles.
