    Like, so many.
I have that one too. It seals up nicely, but it isn't nearly easy to operate as the factory one. Mine also seems to move around. I should probably put some loctite on the rear screws.

About $1,200 Canadian or around $900 Americian which isn't so bad for a quality cover which is covered by the Toyota warranty (3 years).

I brought factory OEM for $400 Canadian from a person who works at Toyota. It was a return from a customer due to one of the latch broken. The chap fixed it with oem parts and also included rails that go with it, I get to keep my new rails , just incase I go for a different one later. Yes its leaks a bit here and there only when it really pouring. Happy to help out the young man, they don't really get paid a lot and work pretty hard in the shop.

Maybe try some black silicone on the bottom seams (spread it thin with a putty knife so it’s more flexible)?

Hey man, I bought a PowerTrax Pro. I have had trouble with rain getting into the bed, especially where the tailgate meets the side of the bed. I don’t think I can recommend it against rain.

I had the factory one for almost 2 years! I loved it but after installing my kbvoodoo rack and not being able to open it was a drag.. ended up selling my cover and now I’m looking for a retractable one

Have the factory installed tried-fold. It is nice, but is not water proof. It is water resistant. It leaks a bit on the right side.

I have a diamondback HD. I've found that you're much more likely to get water inside because of the actual bed design not the cover.

    That is a great price!
I have the same undercover elite and love it. I have to thank my next door neighbor. He told me to get it. He said that he had the tri fold and when it got wet in the winter it would freeze up and he wasn't able to get it open. Then he bought the undercover elite and the way it sits and overhangs the sides he does not have that issue. Here's a picture of mine. I added some lights with a remote to light up the bed at night and it works pretty well.

The rack was in just for a fit test on my new KBVOODOO bars. Worked out great. It's like I added an extension or second floor.

I had an undercover SE on my 2nd Gen and also on my 3rd Gen. No leaks with the design that overhangs on all sides. I'm selling my 3rd Gen cover (they are different from 2nd Gen) as I have moved to an Alu-Cab canopy. Great deal for someone in the market and in the Central Texas area; 650 and it's like new.

I’ve had a lot of covers over the years. I loved the hard tri folds and this is my first soft roll up and I’m liking it so far. Not as secure or anything but looks fine and keeps gear bone dry. Tuxedo soft roll. https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B018YFS2IY/ref=yo_ii_img?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I went this route Bc I’m not sure if I want to go camper shell or not. But for beer trips, this and the bed mat make it perfect:) cases of beer don’t slide, and they stay dry in the rain.

When I was truck shopping one dealer brought a truck around for me to test drive with the OEM tri-fold. I guess the truck was dirty so he ran it through the automatic wash before we went on the test drive. I opened the cover and the entire bed was soaked. It literally looked like it was sprayed out with a hose during the car wash. I had been considering getting the OEM tonneau but at that moment I decided I would be looking into other options.

I've been going back and forth between a camper shell or tonneau before the winter. I decided I'm getting a soft tonneau for now due to the cost and it being easier to roll up when I need to get a load of mulch or something that requires the bed to be open. I'm leaning toward the Truxedo Truxport, looks like a good quality cover for the price.

Bakflip VP is the Biggest POS there is. At 15 months old mine is complete junk. I loved it until just after the warrenty was up. The foam cores have become completly soaked with water, causing the entire thing to delaminate. And the Company itself is complete trash, "Sorry this is our entry level cover and it only comes with a 12 months warrenty." yeah, it lists for like 800 bucks. Ill get pictures of the overpriced POS tomorrow....

If you, like me, are coming into this thread late and want to know what everyone has said in the 20 pages of posts before this, here's a totally unscientific quick summary. I made this by counting posts for or against a particular cover. If the poster said they liked it, it got a "for". If the poster said it leaked like crazy or they would never buy it again, it got an "against".

Most popular: Toyota OEM (36 for, 5 against)
Least popular (tie): Weathertech soft cover and PowerTrax Pro (0 for, 1 against)

    Top 10, in order (for/against)
    Toyota OEM 36 / 5
    Truxedo LoPro 9 / 3
    BakFlip MX4 7 / 0
    BakFlip G2 6 / 1
    Gator Soft Trifold 6 / 0
    Undercover Elite 6 / 0
    Bakflip Fibermax 5 / 0
    Leer Trilogy 4 / 0
    BakFlip Revolver X2 4 / 0
    Rugged Cover II 4 / 0
    Truxedo Truxport 4 / 0

I'm not sure that this has helped me figure out what cover I want...but maybe it'll help someone else.

My OEM cover leaks sometimes, mostly in the back left corner of the bed where it doesn't latch tight enough to the rear mounting points. Also every week or so I have wrench the safety bolt down, one time it was almost entirely out. Looking forward to getting a shell!
