Is there a doe season here or can you shoot a doe whenever you want?

How much snow do you get in year up there?

@IDtrucks can tell you all about driving around on the lake bed (I'm assuming you are speaking of Lucky Peak?). Mark.. I think about that ridiculous adventure often

I'm not sure if he ever told it? We took an adventure one night up there with some of his friends. I planned on driving my truck too because he said it was "safe" for the road princess... The 15" drop off the boat ramp was enough for me.. hahaha. So I rode in a Wrangler cause Marks truck was full.

I'll let Mark tell you about the hydrolock that happened shortly after we embarked on our journey.

I like it. It is louder than our Tacoma, but the third gens are pretty quite. I rides a little better because it doesn’t have leaf springs. At least that is my opinion.

We have the 240hp 4.0. It comes across really tourquey and I’ve been getting just over 19mpgs over the last 900 miles. Lots of city and some off-roading. I baby it, we had a Honda diesel in Germany that got 45 mpg. And it’s always a shock to see how much these things use. I know, if I wanted good gas mileage, I should have bought a civic.

The doors are a little odd. The kids don’t like em and I find them to be impractical if the parking space is tight.

It seems even in stock form you put 285 65 R16s on it.

    I would buy one again.

From what I’ve read online and the guys at big-O tires told me. 285s should fit. Or 255 85 16s

Man is been forever since I've been on here had a question about solid axles for a 94 Toyota pickup. I've taken the truck up with the ifs and is way more tipsy then my 15 Tacoma I purchased the 85 axle to swap but am thinking to go with diamond axle housing with 2" extra for each side so it's not so tipsy. Any feed back is great.

know whats so dumb...konsta's diesel...pulling my 5000lb truck, his 6000lb truck, a 4500lb trailer and gear got about 14.8 mpg on our round trip to moab and back. doing like 75 to 80 the whole way. i probably would have gotten like 16 if i drove myself down.

The diesel/gas is always hard to compare but it's 25,000#'s so like 5 times marks truck on the same size tire with way more wind resistance and we only downshifted 5 times total for the whole trip. stole this picture from mark

hey got a question for you about rear suspension. Is there something that can help with the rear end sag when hauling a small camper? A friend of mine has a 2016 Tacoma and he was looking at Timbren tortun4 suspension upgrade. You think those would help or is there something better? Thanks
