It’s a pistol, with an ATF approved arm brace, that can be removed very easily

 

just check MA approval its gotta have a 16" barrel and a non folding fixed stock. They actually make a specific MA approved model

Pretty scratched up and metal wear for new.

 

That’s actually plastic. I removed the plug that holds the sling swivel attachment so that I could install the arm brace. They sell them for $100, so I watched some videos and just used the one that already comes with the gun. But you could always buy the folding stock that I also have for sale.

 

Always thought I needed one of these...
