    In my experience any kn intake just causes MAF issues down the line. They put way to much oil in their filters and it just gunks up the sensor.

    And I'm thinking moving the intake to the grill may increase water ingestion.

    @Thyces had an issue with the intake in front of the grill. Trying to find a pic

    He sucked water in through the intake. Here was our mgyver to get him home in a rain storm without the waterproof sock thing which is extremely hard to find.

    Had on in my car a few years back. It did change throttle response, a bit but never really felt any difference in power.

    With the snorkel? The water should evacuate through the rain drains on the snorkel head.

    Going through the car wash I would be worried about it getting ripped off lol. You sir are brave.
