    Looking for gearing advice
I recently purchased a 2017 Tacoma TRD V6 automatic 2wd and put 285/75r16 tires on it. Does any know what the stock gears are in it and has anyone changed the gearing ? It seems like now with the bigger tires it’s not useing 6th gear much on the fwy.

i cant personally speak of this but even with my stock tires my truck very rarely uses 6th gear on the interstate i couldnt imagine what its like with 285's. do a quick search and theres a few people that have done 4.88's/ 285's and they love it.
