Take a lb or so of meat (5 pt in this case) and follow the box haha

Actually kinda reverse engeneered this and it bow tie pasta and creamy tomato basil soup (powdered in this mix of course but condensed would work great) and mozzarella cheese (again sauce in the box but real would be better) or maybe throw in some roccota too since its "lasgna"

How are they cut? They are good just like steak on the grill... If they are small pieces kebob them... They would also make good fajitas or tacos grilled or pan seared

you can cut them into finger steaks and bread with seasoned flour and egg wash then deep fry. Dip in your favorite--ranch, bbq sauce etc. the other thing I like is this recipe...works great for backstraps

cut whole backstrap in half. rub with oil and liberally coat with montreal steak seasoning. throw on Hot Grill to sear then move to Indirect heat till 130* remove, let rest and slice thin! on a slicer if you have one.

time is less depending on the thickness of the backstraps. I also pour any juices over cooked jasmine rice.

Nothing complements the flavor of lamb better than rosemary. And our Quick Broil method makes this dish very fast and easy to prepare. With this dish you not only enjoy great taste but add an excellent source of protein, vitamin B12, selenium, zinc, and vitamin B3 to your Healthiest Way of Eating. Enjoy!

Prep and Cook Time: 15 minutes

    Ingredients:

    Directions:

    1. Press garlic and let sit for at least 5 minutes to bring out its hidden health benefits.
    2. Mix together lemon juice, rosemary, pressed garlic, salt, and pepper. Rub lamb chops with mixture. Set aside on plate.
    3. Preheat broiler on high heat, and place a stainless steel or cast iron skillet large enough to hold the lamb chops under the heat for about 10 minutes to get very hot (about 5-7 inches from the heat source). Be sure that the handle is also metal.
    4. Once pan is hot, place lamb chops in pan, and return to broiler for about 4-5 minutes, depending on thickness of lamb. Lamb is cooked quickly as it is cooking on both sides at the same time. This is our Quick Broil cooking method.
