Not in Canada, in the Manual. Only the Auto has the locker...

Here's the details for all configurations, noting it says LSD....Screenshot 2015-10-17 13.00.11.jpg

now if you look at this part:
    Screenshot 2015-10-17 13.00.29.jpg
you will see the diff lock is an option (marked with the open 'O') on the automatic, but listed as not available (the dash '-') on the manual.

This is from Toyota Canada's own website, and I have found it mentioned in two other places as well. I will be talking to the dealer about it today to see if this is indeed fact... that is if the dealership is capable of quoting fact (I had a VW... if Toyota dealerships are similarly educated, I hold little hope of finding the truth from a dealer).

Funny how legit threads on here tend to veer off topic, and off topic threads like this wind up being informative.

I learned that I can click the little watched button at the top of the page to subscribe to a thread after all this time. Where the hell have I been?

Huh , well the Offroad should have a locker in both models , it's the MTS and Crawl Control that wouldn't be in the manual version

That's what I thought too... and I think you're actually correct and the information on the website is missing one little detail, but so far that's all I can go on. Is there some button or physical thing I can check to see?

They have a bunch of things grouped together on that listing that the manual would not have, so it is correct in saying that that "group" does not exist on the manual. The manual does get a locker for the Off-Road package however.

The website just doesn't list it, which is a mistake.

The brochure correctly lists "Active Traction Control (A-TRAC), Rear Differential Lock, Fuel Tank & Transfer Case Protector Plate" for the Manual Transmission Off-Road Model.
