    I thought he was running 63s. Also the 10" I'm getting out of the Dakars might be a 1st Gen thing. It's possible that 2nd-3rd Gens get more travel. IDK.

    Yeah not sure if its gen specific on travel. Not even sure if he exceeded the 10”. Interesting to see if with a relocate if you would gain 2”.

    Nah. No 63s. If anything I’ll add the shackle flip. That will for sure add down travel.

    It'll add some up-travel too unless you drop the bump pads. But, yeah, definitely see what your total unrestricted suspension travel is before you go crazy and start cutting holes in the bed or something, haha. If you're getting 13" or so of total travel, then yeah definitely go with the 14s. I assume you want to relocate the shocks inboard of the frame like Todd and I have, or were you just going to move the towers up?

    IMHO, it depends on the tire size, but I'd say: hell yes, probably worse than Frank and Paul with all the tubing hanging off the sides of those shocks. Might even be bad enough to destroy the shock by ripping one of those tubes off. Of course, I don't think it would be limited to having 63s either. It would probably happen with any other type of leaf spring as well if he fully articulates it much.

    Yea those shocks are 2.5” in diameter so also wider than what im running not to mention the bypasses

    I'd also feel compelled to add, I'm not sure what's going on there, but it looks like those towers are mounted to the composite bed directly. Unless they are attached to the frame somehow underneath, it looks dangerous as hell.

    I think they're attached to the frame too. I just like how it takes up space in front of the tires and you can keep the bed. Anyone got pictures of the inny?
