    Tentative plan on the cutting board is to have a contest where people who use our rub submit a picture of something they cooked with it, then people vote either on Facebook or our website (or both!). Winner gets it as part of a prize pack.

    That means we sell rub for a month or so, then put up the contest to run the following month or so.

    Gotta get my smoker working again.... I think pork loin and jalapeño poppers are in my future, maybe with yucca fries. I wonder if your rub would be good in ice cream....

    I have the food, my wife can stage, and I know a professional photographer..... you can save everyone else the hassle and just mail the board to me.

    Just picked up 4 whole prime rib primals. $4.99/lb... They only had four so all I could get. Had to take a slight detour on way home from Nebraska to get them, but worth it :D

    Initial shipment should be arriving tomorrow! I should have it back at the house tomorrow evening (provided this all goes smoothly) and will have our products page updated. It'll be a little hasty as I need to get the product in so I can get some fancy pictures taken, but it'll be available for order VERY soon!
