First off, anyone still play one of the GOAT fps' (in my humble opinion)?

Second off, if you do; feel free to add me @ TheBlackListed

Posting right now because I'm farming OP8 Hyperious for a shock Norfleet and the map is full of loot I don't need, someone here is welcome to join my game and take it! I bet 200+ seraph Crystals and if you sell all the gear you'll max your money out. Can't count how many Tattlers and Retchers I've gotten

Wonder how weird this post sounded to anyone who doesn't play borderlands :anonymous:

Pictures don't really do it justice, stopped picking up gear/crystals/eridium about 40 fights ago, easily did over 500 today. Got over 350 badass points

Pretty weird. I was just thinking how much games have changed after reading this post.
I don't have a console, it'd probably take a while to learn all the new stuff on these games. Sounds complicated, like it'd take ten minutes before you could start to actually play the game. Not like the old days where it was a 2-4 step process and you were playing.

Honestly Borderlands is pretty easy. Premice is everything is trying to kill you so shoot everything in the face. Controls are intuitive, move aim shoot.

For Borderlands, every time you beat the main story it bumps up the difficulty. You only really need to worry about grinding good gear on your third play through

@Toyboata and I actually did a play through recently as well, it was his first time. Level 1 to OP8, the amount of content without ever feeling dull is mind blowing

I barely have time for any games these days but when I do I always hop into BL2, awesome game. Check out the "pre-sequel" too- almost like a giant DLC but it was so massive they turned it into it's own game.

Same, that and call of duty basically all I play now a days. Borderlands is such a break from the micro transaction filled games now a days. Rarely see games so polished and engaging that still has personality. Last game I can think of that held a candle was the Witcher 3

Witcher 3 is another I still jump into from time to time. Beautiful game. Like a mature Legend of Zelda.
