Neighbor's wife ratted him out. I see a divorce in the future. Why call the cops on him, unless you are looking to get it documented to use later on

In mass “2nd offense means 2nd guilty” so if you take a plea and complete your probation ect. It gets washed same if you get a not guilty or other voodoo program shit. So it may be more than the second time he’s been locked up for it.

I Have an OUI 3 case coming up. Think it’s actually his 5th time at least the 4th. Even more irritating the jury can’t be told if it’s OUI 2 or 3 ect. Or if they refuse the BT you can’t say that. To “unfair.” Same with FSTs.

meanwhile you have a guy who crashed his car into a family oui 5 and if he gets one sympathy vote he’s not guilty. We had one like that jury found him guilty thank god. Then after they found out it was Oui 5. Guy I talked to in the hall turned corpse white. Guess he thought he was a nice guy and made a mistake. He knew from the facts he was definatly drunk, but he struggled finding him guilty because of the implications. Ended up feeling bad that he found him guilty. You could see the horror hit he almost found this menace not guilty of Oui 5.

 

He must have owned up to it. If my wife called on me the OUI would be the least of my worries

 

I see it as ammo in a divorce
