    Do they both have magnets and I assume are fairly easy to open?

    I *think* his plan is to replace the entire piece there, maybe reconfigure the switch holes currently there and add a pocket w door or whatever else.. Per another mod he made in his overhead console (see his build thread) he’s gonna have to find a place to move his Traction control buttons anyways. Hopefully he’ll chime in with his master plan soon haha.. I’m assuming just based on how his other mods are adding up, plus I know he hates how all those left side steering wheel buttons are different sizes/shapes!

    You guys are missing the point! Now that I have a perfect fit "blank slate" plate, the configuration and possibilities are endless. You want 1 OEM button, I'll design it for that. A switch pro cutout and no buttons? Sure. 10 buttons..no problem. (Well maybe)
    Or even a flushed hinged door up top with compartment.
    I didn't want to limit myself with the OEM Toyota panel so I replicated it down to the T.:D
