Well I installed the clock spring and now the horn works! Still have a airbag dash light on though. I had to mod one connector plug on spring. Cut old connector plug and spliced into new spring and worked well. Very happy with $17.00 spring

My horn relay was located on the back side of the inside left knee fuse panel remove the 2 bolts on the inside fuse box and turn it around it will be the small one in the top corner it says horn relay on it test it by removing the cap and pressing it with your finger and the horn will blow if it works

The inside fuse panel that holds the Horn/Hazard fuse ,etc,- Has a "pull off" cover with fuse label on back side ? The horn relay should have a 3 wire connector plugged in ? Am I looking at the right fuse box ??? Thanks so much for your help

Hey folks - dealing with a similar problem. Just wondering if that horn relay needs any special tricks for it to pull out? Like depressing a tab or anything? I can see it and reach it without taking everything apart, but not sure if I can just pull it straight out, or if there is a catch.

    Thanks.
