I’ll just say this I went into this thinking of the ninja 650 that I had and it’s not going to have that power but I still love it because it does make a big difference

I'll see what I can do for vids. I'm not huge on taking pics and vids of things I do, I just do them. That's why I don't have too many vids and not very detailed pics of my processes. But I'll see if I can find some time to do a video of something kind of cool.
When I ran the stock ECU, it was just with pink tops, Walbro 190 pump, boost referenced FPR, and of course intercooled. That was pretty much it. It was very simple and reliable, just took a little while to drop the AFR's under boost. The stock ECU likes to maintain 14.7 as much as possible and really doesn't like going below that. When they did drop, it would usually get to around 10.8. Now with the Megasquirt, as soon as I hit boost, AFR's are in the 13's and continue to drop to about 11.7.

Yeah you want to make sir it's connected to a source that sees boost so it ups the fuel. In the stock set up its connected before the throttle body to read vacuum only

I haven't. Their sitting on my work bench still. I'm hoping to do that in the next week or two. Getting the knock sensor is kind of a pain since it is right under the Intake Manifold. I'm planning on pulling mine off and cleaning off as much carbon build up as I can and install that sensor at the same time.

Pulled my Intake manifold to clean out the carbon build up. I used oven cleaner then sprayed it out with a pressure washer afterwards. It got most of the nastiness off. Also decided to paint it while it is off as well. Hopefully I’ll get it installed later this week

Nice. That enamel will hold up well.

I had the non enamel, and messed up my paint with a spray of brake clean. :annoyed:

That’s good to hear. I’m hoping it’ll hold up well. I sanded the manifold as well before spraying it.

You can see in the pic it makes a nice nail polish as well.

Re-installed the Intake tonight while drinking some beer. Also put in a GM knock sensor. Hopefully the paint job holds up
