    Ok I’ll bite:
    1) modify the rack mounts to offset
    Or
    2) mount or clamp to front rail, with bumpers under to protect your cover
    Or
    3) fill with expensive beverages and drop it off at my place

Yeah. Take your time. Bring your headrest in and install those while you are just watching TV. The Clazzios are pretty easy to install overall. I know when I was reading other post about the install, it made myself really nervous with their comments about it being hard, too tight of a fit, fingers killing them, etc. I didn’t have any of those issues. If you are running into those issues maybe lay them out inside your house so they are at room temp. That’s what I did once I received them and it was a piece of cake install. Back seats are by far the easiest to install. Front seat cushions are the next in line. Installing the backrest on the front seats were easy, ran into a minor snag when connecting the Velcro but I just asked a friend for some help to pull down while I connected the bottom portion. Worked perfectly. Headrest I would say were the tightest fit but they were extremely easy to install as well. My family can’t believe they aren’t OEM and they are just seat covers. Great Product!! Thanks @Clazzio

Use angle iron. Cut it to length, grind cuts smooth, and round the corners for safety. Paint or powder coat black.

Attach to pelican box, could put some sort of foot on rails under or near the box corners if you like. Remember to make your feet shorter than the gap from rails to bed cover.

Attach to front and rear rack rails with rubber between your box rails, maybe glue it to your rails, and the rack to prevent scratching. Use wing nuts or knurled nuts for easy attachment and removal.

Probably gonna cost you 30-35ish if you paint it yourself; add a few bucks if you take it for powder coating.

I actually installed two seat cushions yesterday because I had the wrong piece on the wrong seat and had to start over - snag one. Snag two came when I couldn't tie-off the strings without it slipping. At that point, I decided to call it a day until I figured out how to tie that damn knot (I didn't want to leave a section incomplete and move on, I'm weird that way). I searched youtube for installation videos that showed how to tie the "Clazzio knot" but didn't find any that showed it well enough to try to duplicate it and none had any explanation about HOW they were doing it.

I emailed the Clazzio guys at 9:45 last night and they responded within 30 minutes (which was the time it took them to upload a video how-to tie the Clazzio knot) in the middle of processing orders. I wasn't expecting a response that late on a Sunday evening, I just wanted it to be in their email box when they got in this morning! Top notch support! I practiced the knot on a piece of parachord I had while watching TV and got to where I could do it with either hand.

Installed my AMP Research boards Sunday. Gotta say, I like the look more than I thought I would. I bought these mostly for helping my mom in and out of the truck when I need to take her places. Being that I don't much like boards or bars and these have an 11 inch drop, they are perfect for me and her. Planning to install a cut off switch so they only work when I want them to.

Also realized today that Undercover SE Tonneau does not allow use of tie-downs behind the the strut. You can see in the picture that the strut hits tie-down and raises latch about a 1/4 inch above lock plate. That sucks!

Can you move the rail down an inch or so?

Not sure, i'll have to check that. Just noticed it about an hour ago when I had to tie down some gas cans. I'll let you know.

It should be possible unless the rails is mounted to something behind the bed wall that doesn't extend that far down. If the rail is simply bolted to the bed wall it should be doable.

Anyone have any suggestions on neoprene seat covers? Wanted to see if anyone had some they were satisfied with that fix well and have held up. Looking for a set for my rear seats.

Finally got around to doing the tweeter mod. Seems to be an improvement over the SR stock one. Easy quick mod.

Nice look. Don't sweat the small bubbles too much. In my limited experience they tend to disappear on their own over a short amount of time

A similar thing happened to me. I really wanted a Cement Pro but there were none to be had when I got mine late last year. There was a white one, but the sales guy at that dealership was a dick so I ended up with Barcelona Red (my last choice at the time) by default. Now I wouldn't trade it for either of those.

In fact, after my truck got totaled a couple of months ago due to Harvey I had the opportunity to get a Cement Pro replacement. But ironically I was dead set on getting back into a Barcelona Red. I waited a few weeks and luckily one popped up. Now all is right with the world once more!

You can put one of these ^^^ on the bolt that holds the latch on if you need a tie down. I would not need those track tie downs unless I had something big to haul that required me to take the lid off.
