    I wish I had a knock out like that on my 15 SR 4cyl. My truck came with a port installed hitch which looks to be the same one used for the 6cyl tow package. They also nicely mounted the 4 pin plug under the bumper. It would be nice though to have an original equipment mount like that on the bumper for both a 4 and 7 pin plug.
    Here is my hitch and plug.
