Tail light mod (both lights used as brake and signals)?

    Got everything all mounted and still works good. I'm thinking of putting LED's in the turns in the front but have to figure out if there's a good spot to mount resistors as I'm assuming I'll need some up there. I have two extra 6Ohm ones lying around anyway.

    Try the fronts without first. When I put resistors front AND rear it didn't like it. Ended up with just rears to function correctly.
    Now since I have so many LED's tied off the turn signal circuit.. I had to remove ALL resistors for it to flash properly lol

    TRD Baja Kit with JBA UCA's 1/2 inch spacer on top, Medium Dakars with BAMF hangars and super bumps all around. 285/75/16 Cooper Discoverer AT3 XLT's on graphite TRD faux beadlock wheels. Pro skid powder coated black with Pelfreybilt aluminum mid skid and aluminum gas tank skid.
    Some people are running this resistor with no problems https://www.diodedynamics.com/resistor-kit-6ohm-50w.html but some are having issues. I'm going to try and use these instead
    $9 uxcell 8 Ohm 50W Watt 5% Gold Tone Aluminum Casing Resistors Replacement 2PCS

    Dude, that's the complete opposite of what I had to do! LOL I started with no resistors when I only had LEDs in the rear, then I had to add resistors when I added the Turn as Tail mod, and now I have LEDs up front and I had to add resistors up there as well. Our system reminds me of my youngest and his eating habits...super finicky and different every time!

    Yes, that's what I'm using...but they raised the price (used to be $20 for the pair)!

    Its $30 now on their website. I was thinking of pulling the trigger when they had their Black Friday sale but with all the hyper flashing issue other were having, I decided to hold off for now.
