Not sure if something has changed on my truck but my reverse lights seem to stay on too long. As though the door is ajar or something. the interior lights go off as expected. They were on for a least 10 minutes before i got back in my truck to read the manual and attempt to figure out if there was a timing setting. anyone know how to configure that? or is there another issue possible? keys aren't in it, doors are locked. it's in park. I couldn't even find an entry in the manual that talks about the rear lights. thanks in advance!

The reverse lights? Or the light that shines into the bed from the brake light above the rear window?

If it's that light, there's a switch to turn it on/off/on with doors open. The on with doors open setting can have the duration changed in the lights settings via the head unit.

Sounds like the bed light switch is on until it timed out. Set it to door or off and see if your (lighting) problems go away.

    Definitely not the “reverse lights”

Sorry, It’s the light that shines into the bed from the light above the cab rear window

The switch was set to ‘doors open’. After I close all the doors and take the keys out that bed light stays on for 10+ minutes.
