    @Mr.PowerTrays

Is the 2.5ft main battery to powertray measurement on your site the positive terminal to switchpro or ground bus to negative terminal like your example measurement note?

Don't have the OGE setup currently, but trying to buy it all in 1 go for simplicity.

If you could double check me, I'm looking at:

1.5ft ground bus to fender 1/4 ->5/16 studs
2.5ft main batt terminal to switchpro 5/16 studs both
5ft OGE pass battery to switchpro stud ? to 5/16 studs

For the OGE setup, your example writeup shows the dual 1/4 stud on the MRBF but the OGE kit pictures show a single MRBF for each battery which is the 5/16 stud. How does that work? When I order the remote OGE kit, do I have to specify a dual terminal so the included cables work?

Edit: Figured out the MRBF part. Looks like they have standardized on 5/16.

Wow, first off I want to commend you for doing your research before hand and asking a very clear question.

You are 100 percent correct on everything you stated above.

The difference in stud size is because for some reason blue sea stopped producing their dual MRBF fuse holder with the 5/16 stud and it only comes in 1/4 now.

So yes your best route would be to see if your order form OGE could be upgraded to a dual MRBF fuse holder right from the get go.

Or the easiest route, you could just order the cables with a 5/16 stud. Since 5/16 is the bigger of the two, it will work on both fuse holders. Once you tighten the cable in place, The difference between 1/4 and 5/16 doesn’t really matter.

Thanks for the reply. I try my hardest not to ask readily answerable questions.

I kinda figured the 5/16 thing would be workable sine 1/16 is tiny. Order going in ~5 minutes from now!

Pulled the old tray out today to start test fitting and recording measurements. My sheet metal should be here Friday. Let's plan for late next week(or next weekend) if you have some time.

Couldn't get the tray anodized the way I wanted in our processing shop at work, so I dipped it. Should match the future Odyssey red tops pretty well when it comes time!

So this is going to sound stupid, but what size hardware did use to install all the stuff @CharlieCafe ? Went and got #10 and #8 screws at the store last night, and they weren't even close to gripping the plate material.

I'm actually not sure. I picked up my hardware from @Mr.PowerTrays since I purchased the accessory components from him as well.

You need bolts and nuts for the other side. Plate holes aren't threaded

This is what I have used:
    • Switch-Pros SP-8100-B (Blue Backlit Control) with Concealed Mounting Hardware (2x M4-0.7 x16mm Mounting Socket Cap Screws w/ M4-0.7 Nylon Lock Nuts)
    • Blue Sea Systems ST Blade Fuse Block - 6 Circuits w/ Negative Bus and Cover (12x #8-32 Screw Terminals, 2x #10 Stud Terminals, and 4x M4-0.7 x16mm Mounting Socket Cap Screws w/ M4-0.7 Nylon Lock Nuts)
    • Blue Sea Systems 8 Circuit 30A Terminal Block (16x #8 Combination Screw Terminals and 4x M5-0.8 x20mm Mounting Socket Cap Screws w/ M5-0.8 Nylon Lock Nuts)
    • Blue Sea Systems10 Gang Common 150A Busbar w/ Cover (10x #8 or M4 Screw Terminals, 2x 1/4” or M6 Stud Terminals, and 2x M5-0.8 x12mm Mounting Socket Cap Screws w/ M5-0.8 Nylon Lock Nuts)
Hope that helps! It makes it so the nut attaches and there is not much sticking out the other side if any. That’s how I wanted mine because I didn’t want too long of a screw hanging out the back side.

What can I say, I like to do my research prior to purchasing things so that when it arrives, everything runs smoothly. I also like to help others as much as I can. I already have my write up complete for my install other than taking actual pictures of my own install. I will post it on my build once everything has arrived. Still have my new SwitchPro, Custom Length Welding Wire from @Mr.PowerTrays, and my Positive & Negative Military Terminal Clamp Connectors and Protector Covers in the mail. All of my BD Lights arrive the day after Christmas and I will be able to go to town on all my installs and wiring.

This is what i'll be offering for the RTMR.
Since most people using the RTMR have very specific power needs I didn't allocate specific space for circuit breakers.
But surface mount circuit breakers can easily be mounted in that location.
