Has anyone figured out how to consistently have Entune connect when starting the truck? Sometimes when I start the truck, all is well. Other times my phone pops up the message that Entune would like to connect. When I hit ‘allow’ it requires me to enter email and password. This sucks because you have to pull over to do it.

FWIW, I use an iPhone 6 with all current software/ apps. It’s been doing this since new (05/2016).

Same issue here. I have a Samsung Galaxy S6 and have had my truck since 11/2015. Hope there's an easy answer...

I noticed my phone (iphone6) pulled down a new update for the Entune app this morning. Change notes said "Fix for IOS 11 to address issues with logouts"

Saw that lo but had to log in this morning. Maybe it’s because I got the update last night. Fingers crossed.

Just click ignore or leave it alone...it’ll go away after a bit.

Doesn’t affect syncing with the phone via Bluetooth

I've noticed that works sometimes, but not all the time. I had to log in again this evening with email/ password. I'm generally positive about this truck, but Entune is pretty bad.

Mine was updated and it's still doing the same thing. It's been doing it since 05/16 throughout many updates of phone and entune.

No it doesn't affect the phone sync, but it does affect everything else. Gps internet search, and all the other headunit apps that need internet.

The entune app was written clearly written by someone with zero experience in software development, it's a total POS in every way.
