OEM 2010 headunit fit a 2007?

    I have looked all over and couldn’t find anything on this.
    Does anybody know if a oem headunit from a 2010 tacoma will work in a 07.
    I have compared many pictures and they look the same but I would like to make sure.

    Pro/2015 Coil-overs n shocks, Icon progressive AAL, Firestone Ride-Rite Air Bags and cradles, ECGS clamshell bushing, Extang Solid Fold Tonneau cover, 2014 Navigation radio and backup camera, Wet Okole seat covers, rcbs204 lighted 4x4 switch, Weathertech digifit floor mats and in channel window vents, Scanguage II, Hayden 678 Trans cooler, Western Suburbanite plow, Pop and Lock PL8521
    It should fit, worst case scenario you may have to remove a little plastic from the bezel on the dash that goes behind the face of the unit. I am currently running my 05 truck with a head unit from a 2014. I did have to remove a little plastic behind the bezel but it fits.
    This was the first unit i installed and it didn't need any modification. I think it was from a 2010.

    This is the unit from the 2014 that I am currently using. It required some minor removing of plastic.

    Yea read the link of the thread above.
    As long as the radio isn’t a jbl unit from 2012-2013 then it works
    (Jbl units from 2014+ have the old style plugs for power and speakers
