Thanks bud. They ended up higher than I wanted, but they were still juicy as hell and goooooood! Boy ate a whole one.

Next time in stead of one humongous old turkey get two 14lb turkeys. Younger and more tender.

That would probably have been a good bit easier. This was coordinated with one of the people sitting on the board for the organization. I'm just donating the time, fire, and rub. They wanted it fried, but I don't have the equipment set up for frying at the moment.

The last little bit mentions the turkey that is getting smoked, too.

Turned out great. Little bit of heat and some sweet! Chopped it up and put it on a bun with some coleslaw.

Get you one. Love my Webers

Go to your Home Depot. Might get lucky. This went on clearance this week. Don’t trust the online inventory. Just go to the store

Started 2 racks of ribs marinating for char siu. Depends on the weather whether they’ll get smoked or roasted. Never made it before and I had a hankerin’ for some Asian style ribs.

I have a 22” kettle that I love but wish I had table sides for it. I’m thinking about just building one but if I can get a Performer for cheap, it’d be a no-brainer.

I just found this thread. LOVE smoking. Been living in the apartment for 3 yrs. The first summer took my 22 inch weber out at 6 am. The neighbours thought i was crazy till 5 that evening i was knocking on there door asking if they wanted some pulled pork now its a weekend usual. Someone supplies the meat, another the side the other supplies the drinks. But one still keep asking when i will cookk some Brats or burgers. So last year superbowl i smoked 2 pizza, turned out awsome.

I’ve been using my 6x10 utility trailer as a big ass table but wanted a side table that’s attached to the gril.

Been watching this sucker. Went to $186. Almost bought it. Then a few weeks later weber group reported they were on clearance for $99. There was one left at my store. I wanted to buy some in a box and just re sell. I knew at $99 and there was one rust spot and someone had stolen the warming rack that was inside the grill, i could have probably gotten another 10-20% off lol. But since i just ordered the Canadian weber master touch , I turned around and left her

So good luck guys. I hope it’s not just a Texas Home Depot clearance thing. Hope you all get one for that price !
