    Somewhere in the Mojave Desert...
    Vehicle:
    2017 Tacoma OR 4x4 (formerly 2002 OR 4x4, 1995 4x4 4Runner, 1985 4x4 Toy PU) ... and RIP’s (rust in pieces) to a Bronco II 4x4 & S10 Blazer 4x4
I sold my 1st gen DCSB Taco that had a duraliner installed in back. I did not include my home built sleeping shelf that fits the duraliner in the sale, and would like it to go to a new home for someone who will appreciate it. The person who bought it the first time gave it back saying he didn’t need it, and said I could keep the money he paid me ($75) if I donate it! So I’m paying this forward again...

Your part of the deal will be to pick it up in Hemet, CA, and to make a donation ($75 obo) to our local animal shelter or another charity related non-profit of your choice.

As you can see in the photos, it does not quite fit my new 3rd Gen Taco, but can be simply cut to fit those if desired. I got a RTT, and am custom building a new shelf for my new truck, so that’s why I’m giving this away to a TW member who is willing to make a donation to a non-profit for it.

I designed it to fold out to extend to a 6’ bed over the open tailgate, and we used a inexpensive Walmart dome tent (with the back and floor cut open) to fit around the back of the open shell (tent not included). I’m including a custom carpet that is cut and hemmed to fit it. It made an awesome camper out of a short bed, you will like it!

If you can use it, please PM me if interested. Thanks!

Note: these pics are with it on my 3rd Gen, so obviously it does not fit as it was custom fit for a duraliner in my old 1st gen. It is slightly too wide for my 3rd Gen, so it can easily be modified to correctly fit those too by recutting the sides just a bit. The support is too wide to fit the 3rd Gen, so in the photo it is sitting wrong, but it can be cut to fit a 3rd Gen too. The rear panels fit tight against the two larger ones, making this a string 2 person sleeping platform with storage underneath. When traveling, you just remove the back panels and put them over the other two, giving room for ice chests, etc inside the closed tailgate.
