    since i couldn't find much info about this I am making this thread for everyone to post there experience with the dealerships in there area weather its in sales or service. This may help many in the future.

    my personal experience:

    Sales: when i was looking for the truck i wanted in September of 2015 and since the 16 had just came out and hard to find not many dealerships where willing to negotiate. matter of fact MUSSION PATOUT of New Iberia had the exact truck i wanted they told me its the only one in Louisiana and they wanted MSRP when i made them an offer they said they were actually about to raise the price 2K over MSRP on it!!! laughed and left to never return.
    Hampton worked with me on trying to get this truck but Musson patout was not willing on trading. they made me a grate offer on a truck allocated to them with the same descriptions i wanted but it was 2 weeks out. Courvelle toyota could not match the price on a similar truck, and neither did Price Leblanc in baton rouge. Team Toyota did but the truck was the wrong color.
    i went with Hampton and everything went good other then that they sold me an auto buttler service i didn't care for they said it wont add any cost. they did it by dropped 2% off the interest rate.

    Service was a different story:
    1. At my 5k service I asked for an oil change waited 3 hours and got a tire rotation only no oil was changed. I asked them why, they said the free service does not include oil change although I specifically asked for it and did not mention anything about free service when I dropped my vehicle. so had to wait another 1.5 hours to get that done!
    2. I got an appointment for my autobuttler service and when I dropped off I asked for hand wash/wax but whatever they do hand touch only. When they brought the car back swirl makes where all over the paint basically they ruined the paint! At closers look there was dirty and mud still in the door cups and hard to get to places that tells me they didn't even wash it even though the charged me 18$ for it. they ran it straight In the autobuttler with all the dirt and grim still on it!
    I also had an issue with the vehicle my speedometer getting stock and nothing indicating the correct speed and I showed them a video I took of it when the issue occurred. They said they can't replicate the issue and therefore they can't fix it!!!! I asked to open a case since the vehicle is brand new and under warranty I wanted documented, they said if they open a case for every costumer with an issue they will have 1000s of junk cases basically what they told me.
    3. I tried to schedule my 2nd autobuttler appointment and the closest appointment they could give me was 2 month away and on a week day so I have to take off work for a wash and wax!!! But for once they actually did an ok job on the service. I also submitted an issue with the transmission getting stock in certain gears and a delay and clunk sound when going from reverse to drive on cold start. The said it's characteristics of the vehicle :l !!!! I asked if they can check the transmission fluid level they said it has been checked at delivery and of there is no leak no need to check again!
    4. I took an appointment for my autobuttler today and showed up on time I asked for a wash and hand touch only! Waited 2 hours and the service representative said they couldn't do anything because I have LED pods on the hood they can't run it in the automatic Carwash!!!!!! I told him I asked for hand wash only! He said they can do that on weekdays but on weekends they are very busy! I had an appointment and expressed what I wanted when I got there he could have told me at that time instead of letting me wait for 2 hours!
    5. they said they were gonna make it up for me and ask me to drop my truck back at the dealership and so i did! 2 hours later went to pick it up to find one of my LED pods looking up in the air and those where really tight and no way they can turn them by hand. so they dis-regarded my request and ran it in the car wash anyway.

    i took my truck to Team Toyota in baton rouge and they have done every single thing i have asked them to do with no Questions asked or complain. took care of the transmission issue "was 1.2 quart low by the way", hood vibration, overhead carpet.... never had a single issue with them. the only problem is that its an hour away and baton rouge traffic.

    Musson Patout is always higher than all the other dealerships, not just their Toyota one.

    Your service experience was from Hampton? I've never taken my Taco there for service, if I have a recall or something I go to New Iberia, but oil change, wash/wax etc. I just do myself. Only way to get it done right in this world.

    Yeih bad service experience at hampton, I having tried Musson patout service I got passed at them for not training there truck with hampton just because they knew I wanted it! Hampton wanted to trade them the same truck but silver color they still wouldn't do it
