Trying to see what tire size to go with, can anybody shed some light:)? I’m going with a leveling/lift kit 3” in the front and 2” in the rear. Would a 285/75r16 fit on the stock trd off-road rym and would the tire rub ?

The tires will fit on the wheel, but you MAY need to run some wheel spacers for those tires to fit without rubbing. A lot will also depend on the type of tire that you are going to use. An M/T or an A/T could have different widths and height depending on the manufacturer.

If you are looking at getting a 33" tire; you may also look into the LT255/85R16. There is a good thread about that here on TW, this thread is more to do with that size tire on stock suspension and OEM wheels.

Good luck OP, looking forward to seeing what you end up doing.

Edit: I would much rather run that size tire (285/75R16) on an 8" wide aftermarket wheel. Now, if you were to run the 255/85R16 tire, that would fit nicely on the OEM wheels. Just my $.02
