How did you decide on a TacomaWorld username?

I'm a old motocross racer, my buddy's used to call me the Sideways1 because of the way I whipped the bike off jumps. It has been my tag for every forum. (PNWRiders, Supermoto Junkie, ThumperTalk ect..)

Why did I even come in here? Oh yeah saw @ODNAREM drinking coffee and not saying a word.

Tw asked for a username. I imagined my truck I just bought. First word that popped in my head. Added 461 at the end as an old dirt thing I do.

 

I’ve seen this thread before but never chose to post.There’s a story behind the reasoning of my username but i’ll make it simple.It’s my last name spelled backwards.

Oh yeah, I remember now. My name is Jeff. I was at work one night (this was actually a long time ago) and my boss yelled my name across a noisy room. He said “jeffffrrraayy” to which I replied “did you just call me deathray?” We laughed about it, but it stuck. For the next 3years, it was what everyone in the place called me. New employees thought my name must be Ray, or something...

So yeah, Deathray. Not so ominous when you know the story. Lol

 

I wanted a cryptic name no one would understand.

 

I live in the Mad River Valley of Vermont and own a taco

 

The first thing i look at on a woman is her feet. If it looks like a Tacoma frame from the rust belt with cracks n scaly stuff run away because the rest of the undercarriage will be in a state

 

Mines easy. I'm greek, I teach PE, and I'm a guy. Just mashed them together.

 

My roadname with Gypsy M/C. Been at it so long, my work uniforms have Chili embroidered on them and most everybody I know only knows me by Chili
Chili was already taken so I added my Tacoma color to it.

A nickname from work. Except I miss spelled it.
