Today I purchased a Bluetooth FM Transmitter for my truck. I have a 2007 Sport DCLB and it has the stock radio. Initially I wanted to buy a new Head Unit, but dang are the good ones expensive!! From what I found $600 for a good one. So until I'm willing to spend that kind of money for a new Unit I needed a temporary solution to playing music and podcasts through the speakers in my truck. So at Walmart I found this for $15! So far I'm pretty impressed! After finding a clear radio station the sound that comes from the FM Transmitter is pretty impressive. Plus it has a USB port to charge my phone and a mic to make phone calls hands free. I know it's nothing compared to a new Head Unit but I'm really happy with it in the meantime. And for $15 you can't really go wrong with that. IMG_3276.jpg

If you're looking at touch screen double din head units you're probably $400+. If you want a single DIN CD player you can get those for like $160. Ultimately comes down to the features you want.

Only draw back with these FM transmitters is that anyone in close proximity could possibly listen in. So if you're doing hands free cell phone someone at a stop light beside you could, in theory, listen to your call.

Good to know. Never thought of that. I'll mostly use this for music though. I'm usually not on the phone much in my truck.

Same here. I have what you have and it’s great. It has a different body but the same inside/screen. Even a sophisticated male voice that says “paired” all fancy like.

Yeah I'm really enjoying it so far! Very cheap option but doesn't feel too cheap at the same time.
